What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 3-5 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly via email at greybirdcreations@yahoo.com.

 

 

 

Custom Items

Are you able to create a custom item or design?

Yes, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you on a custom item or design. Please note, a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the item and or design.

Are you able to engrave my logo?

Yes, we ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in either PNG or SVG format.

 

Shipping

Do you all ship Internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States. 

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes, local pick up is available in Roscommon, MI. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.

 

Boards

Why is the engraving on my board lighter or darker than what is shown on your website?

Because our boards are made of all natural woods, the engraving will vary depending on the specific grains of that board. Each board will be unique and one of a kind.

Do you apply any finishes to your cutting/charcuterie boards?

We apply cutting board oil to boards that were not already oiled.

Can I place my cutting/charcuterie board in the dishwasher?

No, please only hand wash boards with warm water and a sponge using soap. Hand dry with a dish towel. Refrain from leaving the board soaking in a sink or dish pan.

Is there any other board care necessary?

Yes, to keep your board in good working order, apply cutting board oil at least twice a year.  For best result, oil every 2-4 weeks.

 

Wood Cutout Products

I noticed an imperfection on my finished good. Why is that?

Each wood sheet is milled down from large pieces of lumber. Occasional imperfections such as knots, slight roughness, grain patterns, or difference in color is common with natural real wood.
